About Department
In our Wellbeing and Wellness Department at AAC we are proud to provide a unique approach of your personal wellness in combination with all other departments and their services at AAC. Through Coaching we aim to work on your five Dimensions of Wellness.
These five main aspects of your personal health are: physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual.
Through Coaching at AAC, we work with you in an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life.
Through specific practices like Yoga, Pilates and Meditation at AAC, we work with you on elevating your body awareness towards the fusion of body and mind harmony and wellbeing.
Wellness is more than being free from illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth.
